With open plan studio accommodation including a double bed and a double sofa bed, up to four people can stay in comfort here. There's also a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area as well as a shower room. Outside, there is off road parking for one car plus an enclosed, decked terrace with furniture overlooking the owner's garden, which can be accessed on request. Within a short walk are the many amenities of the town as well as the beach, meaning Woodlands is a wonderful base for a couple or a small family seeking the sights of South East England.

Electric wall radiators. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private enclosed, decked terrace with furniture plus use of owner?s garden by arrangement. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: Owner has 2 dogs. Note: Sloped parking area, care is needed when exiting on to road. |
